R. Barra 5th year Hotel Catering & Tourism (HCT) students completed a food tour of Cork City as part of their Task where students are asked to visit a tourist attraction in a neighbouring town/city. The girls visited the Crawford Art Gallery before exploring foodie delights at a variety of locations around the city including Cocoa Bakery’s macaroons and breakfast at Perry Street Café. The girls will now complete a written assignment and in the coming months complete an interview on their learning experience. Thank you to Ms McKenna for facilitating this experience.
