Congratulations to Claire Rockall on her 25th senior cap for Ireland competing in ladies international basketball, a great milestone after her recent game defeating Norway. Claire teaches PE and maths while coaching many age groups both male and female teams in GCC. She is both a role model and mentor for the students of GCC and the wider community. Pictured with Claire is her team mate Aine McKenna who has also reached an international milestone with 20 senior caps. Claire is gathering huge success in both club and international level, having played in Cork for many years, she now plays for Galway’s most successful club and Claire’s home team Maree.
