Dear Parents & Students,

We hope you continue to stay safe and well. As the Easter break commences we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support in ensuring continuity of learning for our students. It has been an extremely challenging few weeks for all in our school community but we have navigated them with reasonable success due to the willingness of all to engage positively with our online learning platforms. The switch to online learning platforms is not without its challenges but we are at the early stages of this process and hopefully we will attain a better balance as we become more familiar with it.

It has been a very testing period for all and the likelihood is the current arrangements will need to be extended post Easter. It is essential that staff, students and parents have some respite over Easter from the challenging circumstances we have been operating through. Therefore, we are advising all our staff that online engagement with learners is to be discontinued during the 2 weeks of Easter and that no additional work is assigned to students over the Easter break. Students are directed to continue their own programmes of study while ensuring that they have sufficient periods of rest and relaxation in preparation for what is sure to be a very different but busy final term.

In the meantime stay safe, well and enjoy the break.

We will continue to update you as required through the school website and via our text messaging system.
