Signing Students out of SchoolÂ
On occasion students may be required to leave school to attend medical appointments and other essential meetings. Parents are reminded of the following procedures:
- parents write a note in the school journal which the student presents to his/her class teacher at registration
- at the agreed time the student comes to the school office
- a parent must come into the school office to collect the student and sign him/her out from school
Parents are asked to note that students will not be allowed to leave the school building unless they are collected by a parent at the school office.
Breast Check Awareness Ireland
Last Tuesday 20 April our 5th Year Girls were provided with a very informative and practical education session by Breast Check Awareness Ireland. Many thanks to Year Heads Ms. Fitzgerald and Ms. McCarthy for organizing this virtual workshop to promote health, well-being and cancer awareness. Thank you also to our PE, RE & Guidance teachers for their support.
