Dear Parents and Students,
Please click on the links below to view the schedule, information letter and returns sheets, for students emptying lockers and returning books next Thursday 11 June for 3rd Years. To ensure safe management of this necessary task the process must be completed by class group. This will ensure we are aware who should be in the school building at any particular time and that the numbers given access ensure compliance with social distancing guidelines. We must adhere to the schedule strictly and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

3rd Year Book Returns Information Letter 2020
The planned procedure is as follows:
- Students from the designated class group will arrive to the school at their assigned time slot.
- If queuing is required outside please ensure you maintain social distancing.
- Please avail of the hand sanitizing units provided throughout the school.
- Please view the map below of the access route for all students (and parents if accompanying students)
- Entry will be via the main entrance to the B-Block only and will be monitored by our Parents Council to ensure numbers at all times are manageable and within guidelines.
- Students will travel down the corridor past Ms. Cahill’s office to go to their locker and empty its contents.
- Students will travel (one way system) up past the teacher resource room by the PE Hall and enter the B Block Social area via the double doors at the Art Room.
- There will be four rows of tables with at least one member of the Parents Council at each row.
- Once the books have been accounted for the student/parents departs by the double doors into the First Year court yard area.
- Parent/student leave the building via the pathway between the B Block and C Block and exit via the gate at the entry to the C Block.

6th Year Book Returns Information Letter 2020

- Students from the designated class group will arrive to the school at their assigned time slot.

- Please view the map below for the access route for all students (and parents if accompanying students)
- Entry to the C-Block will be only via the double doors at the side of the canteen and will be monitored by our Parents Council to ensure numbers at all times are manageable and within guidelines.
- Once a student has emptied their locker they will travel along the passage way between the C-Block and B-Block.
- Students enter the B Block Social area via the double doors in the First Year court yard area.
- There will be four rows of tables with at least one member of the Parents Council at each row.
- Once the books have been accounted for the student/parents departs by the double doors into the Second Year court yard area.
- Parent/student leave the building via the exit door adjacent to the school library.
