Glanmire Community College Transition Year students are delighted to have embarked on a school tour after two difficult years of lockdowns and cancellations. The school tour venue was Delphi Outdoor Adventure Centre in Connemara, Co. Galway. This trip was offered to all TY students and the uptake was huge, with almost all students going. The adventure sports offered were kayaking, high ropes, gorge walking, climbing wall, bog trails, obstacle courses and many more. The trip was from Sunday 28 February to Wednesday 2nd March. It was a fantastic and successful trip, and also many thanks to the TY coordinators for the organisation and planning of the tour.
